After your pool is built, our Service Department will educate you on how to operate your new pool and will be there for all your warranty and service needs. Our knowledgeable technicians take pride in teaching you to operate your pool systems. We don’t expect you to just, “fend for yourself,” like some of our competitors and we won’t give you a list of “handymen” to call for service. Our experienced service technicians are here for all your needs.
The State of Texas requires anyone who works on pool equipment be licensed. Southwest is a certified residential appliance installer contractor.
Our Service Technicians have traveled from Atlanta, Georgia to Los Angeles, California attending training sessions for our many manufacturers. We are a Certified Warranty Station for Jandy, Pentair, Polaris, Hayward and Sundance Spas.
